Using Cliqkets

Guests must provide accurate checkout information and present only tickets issued for them or legitimately obtained through the event organizer.

Organizer fee

Cliqkets charges organizers a platform fee of 10% of paid ticket sales. The applicable fee is shown during organizer workspace setup and is accounted for before organizer settlement.

Events and refunds

Organizers are responsible for their event details, ticket policies, cancellations, and guest communications. Any refund or reimbursement is handled according to the event policy and applicable payment-provider capabilities.

Admission

Event staff may validate ticket status at the gate. A ticket may be refused when it is invalid, already used, cancelled, or otherwise not authorized for admission.
