  1. Tickets may be resold or transferred for value.
  2. Event attendees must present a valid ticket at the time of entry.
  3. The event organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to an event attendee without compensation or refund if they are deemed to have acted in an inappropriate manner.
  4. The event organizer reserves the right to change the date or time of the event because of circumstances beyond our control.
  5. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained at or because of the event.
  6. The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any ticket holder without compensation or a refund if they are suspected of using invalid tickets.
  7. The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any ticket holder suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol without compensation or a refund.
  8. Treat your tickets with the same security as your own cash. If copies are made, the first ticket scanned at the event will be allowed entry. Subsequent scans (whether of the original or copies) will not be allowed entry.
  9. Our website and event promoters are not liable for any personal travel, accommodation, or hospitality arrangements made relating to the event or the cancellation of any event. If an event is canceled, we will return the total value of your tickets, as soon as reasonably possible.
  10. The event organizer and/or merchant is fully responsible for any physical ticket collection arrangement.
  11. The event organizer reserves the right to provide alternative seats of the same price range as those specified on your ticket where it is not possible to allow you to occupy the specific seat printed on your ticket.
  12. It is the event attendees responsibility to ensure the phone number or email is correct at the time of purchase.
  13. Ticket pricing is subject to change without notice and is only fixed at the time of purchase. Discounts/offers cannot be applied retrospectively.
