We are Hiring a sales and Marketing Officer
Cliqkets seeks a dynamic Sales and Marketing Officer to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for our end-to-end event ticketing platform. The Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible for building and executing strategies to attract new event organizer customers and promote our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve customer acquisition and revenue targets
- Identify and build relationships with prospective event organizer customers through outbound sales activities
- Manage the lead generation process, including identifying high-value prospects and moving them through the sales funnel
- Collaborate with marketing team to create targeted campaigns, content, and assets to attract customers
- Develop pricing strategies and negotiate profitable deals with customers
- Maintain updated knowledge of the events/ticketing market, competitive landscape, and customer needs
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for sales and marketing optimization
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in SaaS or events/ticketing space
- Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools
- Creative thinker with ability to turn ideas into actionable campaigns and tactics
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
