Responsibilities:

  • - Oversee ticketing logistics, including inventory management, pricing strategies, fraud prevention, and payment processing

  • - Manage geek worker workforce, including recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and performance monitoring
  • - Develop and optimize operational processes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction

  • - Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and technology teams

Requirements:

  • - 2+ years experience in operations management, preferably in the events/ticketing industry
  • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • - Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • - Customer service oriented with patience and empathy
  • - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • - Proficient in MS Office, CRM platforms, and data analysis
